Dovtail Records Management, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Dovtail," "we," "us"), provides software and related services for columbariums, memorial gardens, and other places of remembrance. This policy explains how we handle information collected through dovtail.app and through our services.
Information we collect
- Contact information you give us, such as your name, organization, email address, and the message you send us.
- Customer records that our clients provide or ask us to digitize, such as niche, interment, contract, and family records. We handle these on behalf of the client, who remains responsible for them.
- Payment information when you pay us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and working.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide, support, and improve our services.
- To process payments, send invoices, and keep business records.
- To protect our services and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, payment processing, hosting, and email), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Providers may use the information only to perform services for us.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Where we hold records on behalf of a client, we may refer your request to that client.
